brought a moped I know why?

Brought a moped instead of me and the misses having 2 cars as moving and having a kid, so going to be cheaper for us to run!

Anyway go free the bike thinking what ill do is put it in the garden until we move, only to find the house a few doors up has put a metal gate and a lock on the entrance to the alley to the gardens. Which meant for a ahour i had a row with the bloke and his wife saying about right of ways blah blah blah

After talking him down and having acsess tot he garden i decide hey its sunday so might as well go for a bit of a ride to go and get some air!

Only to find the bastards have put another lock on there so i cant get my own property out of my own garden. So what happens now?

1: Break lock and get done for criminal damage?

2: Leave bike in the garden and walk

3: Take the whole gate off and say it wasnt there and get a few witnesses
